Day Out

Today I met Suz in Snellville for lunch. We decided to go to Panera and have salads. Unfortunately, neither of us chose a very good salad. Mine tasted like lettuce with orange juice poured over it. Hers tasted like perfume or soap.

We were super hungry, so we both ate them anyway.

After we ate, we hit some of the stores. Neither of us was looking for anything in particular really. Which means that we spent hours and hours shopping and didn't really buy a whole lot. I bought my mom a Mother's Day gift, even though it's a couple of months away. Got some really cute brown shoes for work, a cute purse and some junk at Ulta. Also bought Jeff a few new shirts.

We found this awful shorts outfit.
That is actually one piece. G-r-o-s-s! Not a good look.

Then we were in the petite department at one store, which apparently thinks that petite is synonymous with elderly lady, because everything in the petite department looked like something a 90-year-old would be wearing. Why is that fashion people think that petites are only old ladies? I don't get it at all.

I got my hair highlighted yesterday and I don't like it one bit. It's TOO blonde. Way, way too blonde, so we spent an eternity looking at Ulta for something I could put on it until my hairstylist gets back in town Tuesday. I bought something called Oops Hair Color Remover. It was taped shut and being a nice customer, I didn't open the box and read the instructions. When I got home, I ran in to use it. Opened the box and read the instructions which said that it will not fix hair that is colored too light. Thanks a lot. Next time I'm not going to be a nice customer. I WILL open the box and read the instructions before I buy it. Tuesday will not be here soon enough.

That was my day out. Fun with my fun sister.

Till next time. Happy Weekend!!!!

Well, Sounds like a fun day to me! Shopping with Suzanne, I know you have fun whatever you are doing when you are together. Laughing your cute little heads off:) I got my hair done yesterday too! It was way overdue and I was really happy with it. I started going to a new place several months ago and alternate between two stylists. I like them both and can't choose, so I alternate. Sometimes when my hair isn't quite like I like it, I put Roux on it in a purple bottle. Works for me!
Love you bunches! Auntie T

Well I am so glad that you had a fun day of shopping but I am so sorry you are not happy with your hair!! I am funny about my hair and I really think when you pay so much money to get it done you should be happy with it for at least a month or two!! You have a great weekend...I love you!

You are definitely a picky girl with your hair. But you'll be pretty no matter what you do.
Love you and I had a really fun day today, too. Wish I could do it every day. Maybe when we're old (but not grouchy) :-)

Sounds like a fun day. I wish your lunch were better, but hey, you kept all your dental work in place! Like suz said, maybe you guys can do it every day when you are old and then the petites will work for you! I bet your hair looks good, but I know what it feels like to not like my own hair, even when others do. Did you see who won the contest?? Have a great weekend! Love ya!
