Meanwhile Back at the Ranch

While Auntie Theresa and Auntie Cindy known to me as Cynthia are headed to the hottest place in Georgia (both temperature and for young fun), Six Flags, A Girl Named Kelly Kelly is headed to the endodontist for a root canal. Not on the tooth that fell out. On another tooth. I've got an abscess on my gum. The tooth's been bothering me for a while and the oral surgeon suggested that I hurry and get it done before it gets way worse. It began to get way worse Sunday night. Yesterday afternoon after I worked with that mask pressed up against my mouth I was in tears on my way home. So while my Aunties are out having a good time at Six Flags, I'll be in a dentist chair in a cold sweat.

Don't have much else going on right now. Thought I'd share with y'all what I'm gonna have packed in my beach bag for my upcoming family vacation. This book I bought last week when I bought my Photoshop manual. It looks good. Have any of you read or heard of it?
When I'm at the beach, I like light, easy reading. You know, the kind of books that if you skip a page or two because you forget where you were, you don't miss out on too much. And I don't like to spend a week's paycheck on them just in case they get dropped in the pool. And they always get lots of sand in them. But, hey, I wouldn't have it any other way. It's kind of a souvenir of sorts.

This is one I haven't bought yet, but it's come recommended by my blogger friend Leigh. I can't wait to get it. It's set in Savannah and Tybee. How perfect of a beach read is that going to be?
Are you guys having trouble with some of the blogs you try and open crashing? Well. . . if you are -- and I was -- almost every single blog I'd try to go to in Internet Explorer would crash, I'm using Mozilla for blogging now. Internet Explorer and Blogger just can't seem to get along. Just a little tidbit of information in case you're having the same problem.

Cam's driving me to Fayetteville (about 40 minutes away) to have my tooth worked on at 1 o'clock. I've got a little something for my my dentist anxiety that I have to take and so it's best I not drive after I take it. I have had so much dental trauma in my life that I can't even go into a dentist office without something. Even the smell of a dentist office makes me shiver.

So till tomorrow, I sweat and shiver.

Oh Honey, I am so sorry your mouth is giving you trouble. I am also sorry we had such a fun day when you were having a not so fun day:( I have had a little trouble lately with the blogger crashing, and not anyone in particular. Love you and hope you get it all fixed!

Well I think that I had rather have had medication and a trip to the dentist than to have gone to six flags!! I was fun and enjoyed watching all the children have fun and I did enjoy Skull Island!! I hope that all went well with you at the dentist and if you need anything just give me a holla!!!I love you!

You could have been doing jobs for Oh, Henry!!
Although I must admit that's better than a root canal... a smidge.
Love you :0)
